Products sold to consumers benefit from the legal warranty of conformity, under the conditions provided by the legislation in force.

What should you do if the product has a problem?
If the product has a defect or does not correspond to the characteristics presented, please contact AC Store and inform us:
- order number;
- product name;
- the problem found;
- any other relevant information that can help us identify the situation.
Depending on the nature of the problem and the applicable legal provisions, we will analyze the situation and propose the appropriate solution.
What does the warranty not cover?
The legal warranty generally does not cover problems resulting from improper use of the product, accidents, mechanical damage, use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended, or failure to comply with the instructions for use and maintenance.
Also, damage caused intentionally or by improper handling of the product may not be covered by the warranty, under the conditions of the law.
Solving requests
After receiving the notification, AC Store will analyze the situation and, if necessary, may request the return of the product for verification.
Remedying the non-conformity, replacing the product, reducing the price or terminating the contract will be carried out under the conditions and in the order provided by the applicable legislation.
